Indoor Hockey Representative Trials 2010
North Shore Women’s Hockey Association teams will attend the NSW Indoor Hockey Championships on the following weekends in October/November 2010:
Under 13s* Friday-Sunday, 29th - 31st Oct (Sunday), Port Macquarie
Under 15s* Friday-Sunday, 5th - 7th Nov, Niagara Park (Central Coast)
Under 17s* Saturday-Sunday, 20th - 21st Nov, Unanderra (Illawarra)**
Open Age Saturday-Sunday, 9th - 10th Oct, Unanderra (Illawarra)**
* Age at January 1, 2010
** Friday evening games may be required
Selection Trials:
Saturday, September 11 at Dural Sport & Leisure Centre, Pellitt Lane, Dural:
Under 13s 1:00 - 2:30pm
Under 15s 2:00 - 3:30pm
Under 17s/Opens 3:30 - 5:00pm
$5 fee per player required to attend the team trial session, payable at the trial session.
Please arrive no later than 20 mins before your session is due to commence to sign in.
All players intending to trial must register for the trials using the online registration form no later than 24 hours before the trials.
Scheduled training sessions for each team:
Training sessions will be held on Wednesday evenings in the Abbotsleigh Gym. Please click here to see the training schedule for all age groups.
Palyer Fees: Approx. $150-170* for training/competition court hire, Championship entry fees, equipment, accommodation expenses for team coach etc. An additional registration fee may apply for players not registered with Hockey NSW in 2010.
*Hockey NSW entry fees not available at this time.
Other: Travel and accommodation for the Indoor State Championship weekend is organised by players/parents not North Shore WHA. Accommodation costs for players are not included in the player fee above. Please note that attendance at the championship venue may be required from 8am Friday for Under 13s, Under 15s and on the Friday evening for Under 17s and Opens.
